Refund policy

If your return is accepted, we will send further instructions on how we can being the return.

If your return is accepted we will notify you by email of the return address.

You are responsible for the condition of the goods as they are received by Mattress Punks from your shipping agent and refunds will only be processed if the items are received by us in the same condition as they were dispatched and they are re-sellable as new.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Notifications of items damaged on receipt or wrong items delivered must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you wish to return a vacuum packed mattress then it must be in it’s original form, still vacuum packed without the seal being broken
